Really Cool Lighting Console Training At LDI2022

LDI once again offers a myriad of lighting console sessions, under the banner of the LDInstitute. These classes are one of LDI's hallmarks: small, personalized training classes that offer a great way to learn serious skills as a lighting programmer in the trade show setting. The classes run Monday, November 14 through Saturday, November 19, 2022, including hands-on sessions with grandMA, ETC, and High End Systems consoles.

This year, ACT Entertainment not only offers grandMA console training classes, but also introduces it's full-day ACT Academy to LDI. This full-day event on Thursday, November, 17 covers subjects ranging from MA3 setup and workflows, to fixture maintenance, to automated tracking. Find yourself immersed in the latest technologies and learn about them from the talented people already pushing them to their limits.

Back by popular demand is the two-day Lighting Programming Summit on Friday and Saturday, November 18 & 19, led by the lighting designers from Soverign Candle, with top programmers putting on a panel discussion and great show at the Battle of the Busk. New this year is the full-day busking class, where you will learn how to best approach lighting programming in a live setting. Check out last year's Battle of the Busk here.
